Cancellation & Refund

We have a 7 Day return policy, which means you have 7 days count item dispatch date before process request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at richtechsurat@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Terms for Returns and Refunds of any Order

Any product will be returned or refunded only if you take a video before unboxing or opening it 📦✂️ and the product is damaged.

Please email us at richtechsurat@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will review your product video, recorded before unboxing and opening, and then make a decision.

If approved:

Your refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.

Please note:

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
